These terms govern the purchase of any product or service sold through builtwiththis.com and its checkout pages. They are a binding agreement between you and Built With This, 701 South St Ste 100, Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.
All customer service, order, refund, and billing questions go to jon@builtwiththis.com. We respond to every message within two business days, and usually the same day.
Built With This sells digital educational products and related services for people building or buying a custom home. These fall into two categories:
Individual products, their descriptions, and their current prices are listed on builtwiththis.com and shown again on the checkout page before you pay. All prices are in United States dollars. Some products are offered at promotional prices through our own email and funnel campaigns, so the amount charged can differ from the list price depending on where a purchase began.
Everything we sell is a one time purchase. We do not sell subscriptions, and nothing on this site enrolls you in a recurring charge.
Checkout and payment processing are handled by SamCart and Stripe. We do not see, receive, or store your full card number. Your card statement will show a charge from Built With This.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, both on the order confirmation screen and by email receipt. If a download does not arrive within one hour, email jon@builtwiththis.com and we will send the file directly.
Services are delivered within seven business days of receiving everything we need from you. If we cannot begin because the required material has not been submitted, the order stays open and remains fully refundable.
Digital products carry a 30 day refund. If a paid download is not worth what you paid for it, email jon@builtwiththis.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no return required. You keep the file.
Services are refundable in full until work begins. Once the deliverable has been produced and sent, the service has been performed and is no longer refundable, because it is custom work made specifically for you. If you are unhappy with something we delivered, contact us and we will make it right.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within five to ten business days.
If something is wrong with your order, email us first. We would rather refund you in one message than have you spend three weeks in a bank dispute. Because our refund policy is unconditional for 30 days on digital products, there is no situation in which filing a chargeback gets you your money back faster than emailing us.
We reserve the right to refuse future purchases from accounts that file fraudulent chargebacks.
Discount codes are issued at our discretion, and each code carries its own terms shown at the time it is offered. Unless the offer states otherwise:
Promotional pricing does not change the refund policy above. A discounted purchase carries the same 30 day refund as a full price one.
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non transferable license to use it for your own home build. You may print it and use it on your own jobsite. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, or share the file publicly. Reselling or redistributing our files is a violation of these terms and of copyright.
Built With This produces educational material for people building or buying a custom home. It is not architectural, engineering, structural, or code guidance for your specific project, and it does not create a contractor, designer, or professional relationship between us. Building codes, site conditions, pricing, and jurisdictional requirements vary. Every decision you take from our material should be confirmed with your builder, your designer, and your local building official before it is acted on. Cost figures are illustrative estimates drawn from past projects and are not quotes.
You are responsible for your own build decisions and their outcomes. Our total liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We list products we actually use and specify, and a commission never determines what appears on that list.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. The terms in effect on the date of your purchase are the terms that govern that purchase.
