One correction or discovery now can prevent a change order that costs thousands. Catch a single one on paper and this pays for itself. Most sets turn up more than one.

This is me sitting down with your plans, not a call center. Ten a month is what I can do without rushing them. When the month fills, booking opens back up on the first.
My plans are not final yet. Am I too early?
No. Earlier is better. Before permit is the cheapest possible moment to change anything. Send what you have.
We already broke ground. Are we too late?
Not for most of it. Framing, plumbing, electrical, smart home, and HVAC calls are all still open until drywall goes up, and that window is where most of the value is anyway. If you are already past drywall, do not buy this.
What format do my plans need to be in?
A PDF is ideal. A Drive or Dropbox link works. Clear photos of the printed set work too. Send what you have and I will work with it.
Is my builder going to be annoyed?
The PDF is written so you sound informed, not accusatory. Most builders would rather field these questions on paper than tear out finished work later. The ones who get defensive about a question at rough-in are telling you something worth knowing.
Is this a sales call?
No. There is no call at all. You get a video and a PDF. That is the entire product.
Who sees my plans?
Only me. Nothing goes public with your name, your address, or anything that identifies you or the home.
